IMCHK welcome the enquiry about the membership, CMC Certification, promotion, training, project opportunities, and partnership for management consultancy. IMCHK Administration will reply all general enquiry directly. For any special enquiry, IMCHK Administration will transfer the enquiry to  Council and Committee. Representatives of Council and  Committee will contact the enquirers and handle the special enquiry.

                                                 Complaint  

                      
 

IMCHK attach importance to the complaint about IMCHK Certification, Operation and Member's Conduct. IMCHK has a formal procedure to receive and handle complaint cases.

(1) IMCHK Administration will receive and record the details of complaint case via e-mail, phone and written letter from complainant.

(2) IMCHK Administration will send the acknowledgement of complaint case to complainant within 2 workdays after received the formal complaint. 

(3) IMCHK Administration will deliver the complaint case to Committee for case review and investigation. Committee may contact complainant to further understand the situation.  Committee will identify the nature, reason and solution of the complaint and report to Council.

(4) IMCHK Council will review the complaint case and take follow-up actions to the complaint. For the problems of Certification and Operation, Council will take improvement actions. For the problems of Member' Conduct, Council will take warming or disciplinary actions to the  Member depend on the seriousness of complaint.                 

(5) IMCHK Administration will formally reply the investigating results and improvement/disciplinary actions about the complaint case to complainant.
