IMCHK Webinar: Building
Trusted Relationships and Becoming a Trusted Consultant
|
17September
2022 Saturday 10:30 am - 12:00 noon (Via Zoom)
|
Introduction: The need for trust in dealings with clients should
be obvious, yet levels of trust are often surprisingly low.
There was a time when clients trusted professionals
automatically, based solely on their name and reputation. That
world has gone, but the need for trust has not gone away. What
has taken its place is the necessity to earn it (and re-earn it)
throughout a professional’s career. The more you are trusted by
your clients, colleagues and subordinates, the more you will get
from them and the more you will thrive professionally and
personally. So we all need to ask ourselves; How much are you
trusted by those you deal with?
Program Outline: (1) Explore the key elements that underpin the
ability to grow and maintain trust, (2) Learn the Trust Equation
template, (3) Understand how to attain the status of Trusted
Advisor, (4) View the impact of culture on the trust
process, (4) Focus on Dr Robert Cialdini’s 6 Principles of
Social Influence.
