Mentoring Program                 

The objective of the Mentorship Program is to offer aspiring IMCHK members in all classes the opportunity to learn from experienced members for the purpose of their career development in management consulting through consultation and experience sharing. Mentees of Full Member (MIMC) may use Mentorship Program to support their self-development on CMC Certificate Process, and new Certified Member (CMC) may get the support from senior CMC to develop their career on  consulting services.   

A mentor-mentee relationship is built on mutual respect and trust. The scope of mentoring includes, among other things, essential skills of a successful Management Consultant on professional and ethical behavior, problem-solving, decision-making and self-development. Anything discussed during the mentor-mentee relationship is to be maintained confidential.

Mentees' applications are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to successful matching process.
